Eyes of the Panther

The dark and clever vision of Ambrose Bierce comes to life in this adaptation of his gothic fairytale “Eyes of the Panther.” The story opens on a forest in mid-1800’s America. Jenner Brading (Kelly Vincent) quarrels with the beautiful Irene Marlow (Melissa Collins) over his rejected proposal of marriage. Deplored for her reasons, Irene declares herself insane.

Photographed on digital video using 35mm lenses and a wide assortment of filter combinations; achieving the final look in camera rather than in post-production.
